Electrophoretic Paint (E-Coat)

A water based paint with a suspension of pigment. This solution needs to be kept in a constant state of movement, as if it is allowed to stagnate, the resin will drop and harden.Two systems are employed, normal recirculation and purge. The filtration task is to remove poorly dispersed paint resin, skin and general debris that may contaminate the bath.
