Amazon Filters Ltd would like to announce the improved version of our standard 72 Series T-Style sanitary housings. This change ensures that cartridges are held in place more securely and reduces the chances of the fixing mechanisms being damaged during handling. The new design will have no adverse effect on process conditions, filtering capabilities or on the overall dimensions of the filter housings.

The detail of this design change is that, instead of the cartridge being secured by lugs (Fig. 2), it is held in place by grooves machined into the housing base (Fig. 1). This means that manufacturing tolerances can be controlled more accurately thus ensuring better and more consistent retention of the cartridge in the housing. This change takes effect immediately.

(Please Note, the Amazon 72 Series In-Line filter and other 70 Series housings are not affected by this change)
