Products - 18 Series Plastic Single Cartridge Housing

The 18 Series plastic single cartridge housing have been designed for use on a wide range of liquid process applications within the processing industry. Most standard industrial disposable filter elements will fit this uniquely designed and attractive range of filter housings, which include versions in polypropylene with clear and opaque bowls, and all nylon.

The complete range of filter housings have been subjected to cyclic and burst tests, to ensure consistent safe performance. They have been tested and passed the hydrostatic leak and burst pressure standards of the Water Conditioning Foundation, and are also subjected to a minimum of 100,000 pressure change cycles from 0-150 psi without failure.

Features include:

Robust knife edge design ensures consistent cartridge sealing.

Rated at 8.5 bar and 50°C (Blue and Clear bowl versions), 10 bar and 90°C (Polyamide).

Clear bowl offered for visual indication of cartridge status.

Accessories available include pressure gauges, vent kits, sump spanners and mounting brackets.
